There are a couple of other charm items out there, but the best-in-slot is easily going to be your Epic 1.0. It's modified to go in the charm slot with 4 aug slots on this server.

The Sleeper loot table is custom to this server, and was one of the first ones actively farmed and tracked by the server's veterans. The Bazaar merchants sell enchanter-made tradeskill mats as well as imbued gems. Check there.

This bug tends to occur if you try to switch to a bandolier configuration that has an item you no longer have in your inventory. Swapping stuff around in the slot in question or logging out and back in tends to fix it.

Combat stability (and other damage mitigation) means you're going to push more spells through while tanking because you don't have to CH as often =). HP/AC is good for all classes here. Burning shank procs for 225 with an insane proc rate. It's far and away the best summoned weapon for pets. The only superior weapon is one with a Time Lapse (750) proc, and even then you want a shank in the offhand because Time Lapse procs have a cooldown.

It's been ages since I got mine, but I think Gemstone of Dark Flame drops from The Sleeper and maybe Ancient Beholder. I could be wrong. If you're seeing it on a vendor, it's because a player has sold it to them.
